- 1. Strain through a double layer of cheesecloth to remove pulp and excess solids, then bottle and store in the fridge
- 2. To serve: Pour 4 oz into a highball glass filled with ice
- 3. Top with 2 oz sparkling water
- 4. Garnish with a lime wheel
