- 1. Combine all the ingredients into a collins glass and give a light muddle.
- 2. Fill the glass ¾ of the way up with pebble ice.
- 3. Swizzle until the outside is cold and frosted.
- 4. Top with more pebble ice.
- 5. Top with a float of aromatic bitters.
- 6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
