- 1. Use cloudy, non-alcoholic apple cider, not hard cider.
- 2. Whip shake all ingredients with a small amount of pebble ice until the ice melts.
- 3. Pour unstrained into a chilled collins glass and fill with pebble or crushed ice.
- 4. Garnish with an orange twist and an apple fan.
