- 1. Use a black tea syrup made with PG Tips or English breakfast tea.
- 2. The description lists rhum agricole and Jamaican rum; the demonstration uses Denizen Vatted Rum and Smith & Cross.
- 3. Whip shake all ingredients with a small amount of pebble ice until the ice is nearly melted.
- 4. Pour unstrained into an old fashioned glass and pack with pebble or crushed ice.
