- Ingredients
- 1 dashAngostura bittersAromatic bitters
- 1 dashRegan's Orange Bitters No. 6Orange bitters
- 2 dashSt. George Absinthe Verte (optional)Absinthe
- ½ ozCocchi Vermouth di TorinoSweet vermouth
- ½ ozDolin Dry Vermouth de ChambéryDry vermouth
- 1 ozRittenhouse RyeWhiskey (rye)
- 1 ozMartin Miller's GinLondon dry gin
- Instructions
- 1. The absinthe is optional.
- 2. Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled and diluted.
- 3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 4. Express lemon oil over the drink and garnish with a lemon peel and cherry.
