- 1. Place discarded orange wedge at bottom of glass
- 2. Flash blend ingredients with 8 oz crushed ice
- 3. Pour into glass
- 4. Fill with 4 oz crushed ice
- 5. Top with sherry float
- 6. Garnish with mint sprig, orchid, and orange wedge
- 7. Serve with straw
