- 1. With a sharp paring knife, cut a disc of skin from the lime about the size of a silver dollar, taking as little of the pith and actual fruit as possible
- 2. In a rocks glass, muddle the lime disk with cane or simple syrup
- 3. Top with rhum
- 4. Stir well to mix
- 5. Note: While ice is not traditionally used in the Ti' Punch—on the islands, it is considered sacrilege—if adding a few cubes makes it easier for you to enjoy, go for it
