- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
- 3. Pour into a tiki mug, or double strain through a mesh strainer into a coupe.
- 4. Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig.
- 5. Note: If serving in a tiki mug, singe the rosemary once it's been placed vertically in the glass; if serving in a coupe, singe the rosemary before placing it on the surface of the cocktail.
