- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Add 1 1/2 cups crushed ice and a few standard ice cubes.
- 3. Shake until frost appears on the shaker and then pour into a double Old-Fashioned glass.
- 4. Garnish with an upside-down lime shell and a mint sprig.
