- 1. Combine the Martinique rum, sherry, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker and shake briefly without ice.
- 2. Fill a 16-ounce Collins glass with crushed ice.
- 3. Pour the cocktail into the glass and top with more crushed ice until the glass is full.
- 4. Pour the bitters over the top of the cocktail and garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
