- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
- 3. Pour into a Zombie or highball glass.
- 4. Add crushed ice to fill the glass.
- 5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple fronds, and Angostura bitters, if desired.
